A Blessing Home Care Services aims to provide quality personalized care for each family member. A Blessing team members have a genuine desire and passion to provide the very best care for each client and their love ones. A Blessing has a valid Personal Care Attendant (PCA) license issued by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) in Region 4 and Region 6. In order to maintain our license we must demonstrate experience in successfully providing direct care services to our clients and family. Our agency can provide the following services under DHH:
A Blessing Staffing: We feel that providing quality trained staffing is essential to the client/family experience… Our team consists of:
RN.. Our nursing staff completes a comprehensive nursing assessment to ensure that each client's Plan of Care addresses the needs of the client and family.
Program Directors (Social Workers/Human Services Managers)
Our Professional Service Managers' primary responsibility is to ensure the staffing and prompt client care service delivery. Each client/family member will have a scheduled in home meeting with our program directors to confirm client satisfaction.
CNA's/ DSW's (certified nursing assistants and/or trained direct support professionals)
Our direct support team provides one on one quality in-home personal care services to each client. The direct support team follows the Plan of support outside by the RN and Service Mangers.
